Return Policy

We want you to be happy with all your purchases from O Kipos tis Edem fruit market. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product in mint condition, sealed, unused and with our receipt or other proof of purchase, within 15 days of your purchase (the return period) and we’ll happily exchange it (our change of mind refund policy). Our change of mind policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights.

Our change of mind refund policy does not apply to:

  1. Butchery, Bakery, Delicatessen, Fruit Market and Fish market products
  2. Products where for reasons of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items (unless they are faulty or not as described or not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality), including but not limited to:
  3. Chilled and Frozen Products
  4. Baby Food, milk and diapers
  5. 3. Products made to your specification that have been clearly personalized.

If you are returning items that were purchased on a promotion, the return will be based on the terms of the promotional offer.

Any bonus points and/or stickers earned on a returned item will be deducted from your account.

Where you use more than one method of payment to pay for goods and you are returning only some of the goods in your order, change of mind returns will only be returned as store credit.

Defective products

We do our best to make sure every product within our stores represents the O Kipos tis Edem quality, but if it doesn’t, our in-store supervisors are here to help. Investigation of goods may occur to ensure a defect is present.
